This journey is not about doing more — it’s about returning to yourself through small, consistent rituals. The practices are intentionally calming and repeatable, allowing your nervous system to settle and your awareness to deepen over the course of the week.

You’ll move through this journey one day at a time, using guided videos, audio meditations, and a printable daily and weekly ritual workbook. There is no strict schedule to follow and no expectation of perfection. You’re invited to move slowly, revisit practices, and make this experience your own.

This is a self-paced course. You’re invited to move through it over 7 days, or return to the practices whenever you need support. There is no required schedule.
